Maintaining good relationships with our tenants is extremely important to us. We have designed our leases to reduce the possibility of disharmony.

• Students are jointly responsible for the condition of their residence

• Students are severally responsible for their rent

• Each student tenant has an individual rental account, and is responsible ONLY for their share of the rent, even if their roommate's rent is delinquent.

• Likewise, guarantors must guarantee rent payments ONLY for the individual they are assisting and are not responsible for other tenant's rent payments.
